How many of you just got a sick feeling in your stomach when I mentioned the word "WORK"? Why is it they don't call work "play"? Perhaps it is because most people don't enjoy what they do for work? Is it because they hate it so much that it might make them sick or hurt themselves some way (perhaps subconsciously) that they CAN'T make it to work on Monday? I heard a statistic that most people pass and leave this world on Sunday/Monday morning...it couldn't be that they would rather leave this world than go to work would it?
I had a client ask me during our personal coaching session, "How can I get a new job, the one I have now I just HATE!" Well my response to her was "What kind of position do you think is what will give you what you want and desire?"
By approaching your current position from a negative stand point such as "I hate my job, I don't earn enough money, they don't appreciate me at work, etc" this keeps you in the negative mindset. That is approaching this topic from the wrong angle.
I suggest blessing your current position with love. The current position you are in is just a stepping stool to where you are supposed to go. Perhaps your current job was for you to learn a specific skill that you have now mastered, maybe it was to meet the friends and people you were suppose to meet. Whatever the reason you are now at a cross road where the universe is telling you it is time to move on. I suggest you listen.
Different people receive these signs in different ways. Personally I tend to feel things in my body. Certain areas in my body start to feel sore (and not a work out type of sore) but more of an ache that just will not leave until I start to take a look at what is going on in my world. Based on where the soreness is coming from is a clue, for me, to take a look at an area I need to change. Others may just start to realize that they are thinking more and more negative thoughts about their job or position. Perhaps they are seeing thing that they no longer agree with and feel that this place of employment just isn't right for them anymore. Either way, acknowledge that feeling or those thoughts and then affirm for yourself whatever it is you are feeling discontent with. If it is that you hate your boss, affirm "I always work for the most wonderful bosses". If you want to leave your job, then start to affirm that you release you current job with love to the next person who will be very happy to have it. Remember, there are people out there that are looking for exactly what you have to offer, and that you are being brought together at the exact moment you are suppose to be brought into each other's universe.
Here is an affirmation that may help:
"I earn good money doing what satisfies me. My work is a joy and a pleasure. All is well in my world."
I wish you all the best of luck as you move forward in your world and please let me know your thoughts or if you have utilized something like this for yourself I would love to hear your outcome.

I agree with you on this. Many people do not seem to be content with where we are in this life. The difficulties I see is merely that they focus on the so-called problem rather then take it as it is and make the most of it or seek to improve it. As I have mentioned in a few of my blogs, focusing on negativity attracts more negativity into your life. Thus focusing on the positives will bring more positive situations and people into our lives. Simply put, it is the Law Of Attraction
