Steps to be a millionaire...

I found this on the internet today and thought it was so interesting I wanted to share it with you all here. According to Dr. Jay C. Polmar The Millionaires TEN Commandments are as follows (should the picture be too small to read).
1. Give Thanks
2. Be Estatic
3. Be Generous
4. Feel Wealthy
5. Act Successfully
6. Get Involved
7. Spend $$$$ Weekly
8. Be Motivated
9. Be Committed
10. Total Honesty
How wonderfully put Dr. Polmar. I want to thank you for such a great clip art. All of the above are great attiributes and actions of a millionaire. Let's break it down.
1. Give Thanks-What you give out is what you get back, right? So by giving thanks you will, in return, receive thanks in your world. Give Gratitude.
2. Be Estatic-Okay, if you had the choice to be around someone who is ESTATIC and someone who is boring...who would you choose to be around. Exactly...enough said.
3. Be Generous- When you are Generous the universe returns it to you 10 fold. Give and you shall receive.
4. Feel Wealthy- See it and feel it before you achieve it. If you never dream or imagine what it will be like how can you ever achieve it and make it a reality?
5. Act Successfully- I'm sure you have heard "act as if". What this means is you are starting to train your subconscious to act as if you are already successful. That way when you are presented with an opportunity to actually make you successful you won't turn it away because it disagrees with your subconscious.
6. Get Involved- In something you are passionate about. It won't be "work" if you are passionate about something. It then becomes a pleasure and time will fly by because you are having so much fun!
7. Spend $$$ Weekly- If you don't put money into the universe how do you expect it to come back to you in greater abundance? Don't be tight with your money to the point you strangle it to where there is nothing left. You want it to flow. What you put out is what you get back so if nothing is going out...nothing is coming in.
8. Be Motivated- It starts with you. You will find that when you are motivated people will be drawn to you like a magnet. They want to be apart of what you are doing or want to know what it is you are doing in order to be where you are at today. This is a constant process in your own growth as well.
9. Be Committed-Be Committed to your goals and dreams in life. Don't give up. Don't let people bring you down to their level because they are unhappy with where they are in their own life. Be committed to your business and what you bring to the marketplace and how you are helping people in this world.
10. Total Honesty- This is where you start to take 100% Responsibility for your actions because the total honesty is going to start with you. When you start to be honest with yourself and stop blaming what other people do to you then you will attract only people who will be honest right back to you.

Deserve: I am open and receptive to all good & abundance in the universe.

Why is it we are not taught it is okay to deserve certain things in life? I feel that the majority of people’s problems in their world can be tied back to deserve-ability. This could also be seen as self-esteem. No self esteem, no feeling you deserved to be loved, prosper, be happy, etc. So what do we do instead?

Sabotage ourselves.

How? Well, let me ask you this…What do you tell yourself when you look in the mirror each morning? “Ugh, how ugly does my hair look today? Why can’t I look like those models in the magazines? Are my pores getting bigger? Are my eyebrows turning into a uni-brow? I just plucked yesterday! Why am I not as smart as my sibling? I’m never going to be happy until I have…etc.”

All those thoughts essentially are negative thought patterns (also known as affirmations). You reaffirm each day these negative thoughts and feelings so when abundance falls into our laps, we will refuse it somehow because it does not “fit” with what we have been telling our subconscious.

*Your consciousness put you where you are now. Your consciousness will either keep you there or lift you to a better position. It's up to you!*

These negative thoughts and feelings are just the fear coming out and making its presence known. My suggestion to you is to acknowledge those thoughts and thank them. Thank them for caring so much about you that they want you to be aware of your surroundings. Thank them for protecting you and then follow it up with a more positive affirmation or thought pattern. We don’t want to run away from the thoughts or not acknowledge them at all because they do give us information about ourselves, our surroundings and what we deserve to be working on in this moment of our lives.

Whatever we concentrate on increases. Be grateful for what you have, and you will find that it increases.

Work: "I am deeply fulfilled by all that I do."

How many of you just got a sick feeling in your stomach when I mentioned the word "WORK"? Why is it they don't call work "play"? Perhaps it is because most people don't enjoy what they do for work? Is it because they hate it so much that it might make them sick or hurt themselves some way (perhaps subconsciously) that they CAN'T make it to work on Monday? I heard a statistic that most people pass and leave this world on Sunday/Monday morning...it couldn't be that they would rather leave this world than go to work would it?

I had a client ask me during our personal coaching session, "How can I get a new job, the one I have now I just HATE!" Well my response to her was "What kind of position do you think is what will give you what you want and desire?"

By approaching your current position from a negative stand point such as "I hate my job, I don't earn enough money, they don't appreciate me at work, etc" this keeps you in the negative mindset. That is approaching this topic from the wrong angle.

I suggest blessing your current position with love. The current position you are in is just a stepping stool to where you are supposed to go. Perhaps your current job was for you to learn a specific skill that you have now mastered, maybe it was to meet the friends and people you were suppose to meet. Whatever the reason you are now at a cross road where the universe is telling you it is time to move on. I suggest you listen.

Different people receive these signs in different ways. Personally I tend to feel things in my body. Certain areas in my body start to feel sore (and not a work out type of sore) but more of an ache that just will not leave until I start to take a look at what is going on in my world. Based on where the soreness is coming from is a clue, for me, to take a look at an area I need to change. Others may just start to realize that they are thinking more and more negative thoughts about their job or position. Perhaps they are seeing thing that they no longer agree with and feel that this place of employment just isn't right for them anymore. Either way, acknowledge that feeling or those thoughts and then affirm for yourself whatever it is you are feeling discontent with. If it is that you hate your boss, affirm "I always work for the most wonderful bosses". If you want to leave your job, then start to affirm that you release you current job with love to the next person who will be very happy to have it. Remember, there are people out there that are looking for exactly what you have to offer, and that you are being brought together at the exact moment you are suppose to be brought into each other's universe.

Here is an affirmation that may help:

"I earn good money doing what satisfies me. My work is a joy and a pleasure. All is well in my world."

I wish you all the best of luck as you move forward in your world and please let me know your thoughts or if you have utilized something like this for yourself I would love to hear your outcome.
